CH Modern D Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Implements Full Electronic Communication

China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. (CH Modern D) announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.moderndairyir.com) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive the printed report in their chosen language.

In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, CH Modern D has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. to ensure timely receipt of publication notifications.

Investors preferring physical copies can submit the accompanying reply form or email a request—including name and address—to info@moderndairyir.com. Printed versions will be provided free of charge upon request.
