C-MER Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 160,000 ordinary shares on 5 October 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buy-backs were executed within a price range of HK$0.765 to HK$0.795 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of HK$0.7858 and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.13 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.20730 billion, down from 1.20746 billion, representing a 0.0133% reduction. The repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock, lifting the treasury share balance to 25.04 million, while total issued shares remain unchanged at 1.23234 billion.
The current repurchases were made under a mandate approved on 20 May 2026 that allows the company to buy back up to 123.23 million shares. To date, 160,000 shares have been repurchased, equivalent to 0.013% of the authorised limit. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, C-MER Medical is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 4 November 2026.
