Vision Values Publishes Circular Covering 2026 Convertible Notes, Share Consolidation and Board-Lot Adjustment

On 5 May 2026, Vision Values Holdings Limited released a shareholder circular that consolidates several forthcoming corporate actions:

1. Connected transaction – subscription of Vision Values’ 2026 convertible notes.

2. Proposed share consolidation – details to be tabled for shareholder approval.

3. Proposed change in board-lot size – to align with the planned consolidation.

4. Notice of an extraordinary general meeting – to seek shareholder consent for the above matters.

5. Related proxy form – enabling voting instructions for the EGM.

Registered shareholders who have already opted for electronic communications can access the documents online. Those preferring printed copies may submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, or send a request via email to 862-ecom@vistra.com; hard copies will be dispatched free of charge.

Shareholders are reminded to maintain a functional email address with the registrar to receive electronic notifications promptly. In the absence of a valid email address, the company will default to sending printed notices until updated contact details are provided.
