香港电讯-SS（06823）于2026年10月5日发布的公告显示，截至2026年9月30日，普通股与优先股的法定股本均保持在200亿股，每股面值港币0.0005元，对应注册股本1,000万港元，合计2,000万港元。本月相关股本总额未发生新增或减少。
公告显示，本月末已发行股份（不含库存股）合计7,582,398,399股，未发生新增发行、购回或注销活动，公司股本数量维持稳定。公司同时披露，股份期权计划（2024年）在报告期内没有行使、授出或失效情况，截至本月底可行使的期权数量为757,974,233股。
报告进一步提及，公司已满足主板上市规则关于保持最低25%之公众持股量的要求。公司并确认遵守香港联交所相关规定和本地法律的要求。
