黑石集团首席执行官苏世民在2025年通过股息和薪酬获得了超过12亿美元的收入，这一数字与公司年度申报文件披露的信息相符。
尽管黑石集团股价表现平平，苏世民的收入仍与他在2022年创下的纪录持平。计入股息后，黑石股价去年下跌了7.9%，而同期标普500指数的总回报率高达17.9%。
与往年类似，苏世民收入中的绝大部分——约11亿美元——来源于他持有黑石约20%股份所产生的股息。这位私募巨头还从黑石获得了1.256亿美元的收入，其中几乎全部是与黑石投资业绩挂钩的绩效收益。据《福布斯》估算，苏世民的净资产达到383亿美元。
此外，苏世民还享有35万美元的底薪以及由公司提供的安保服务等福利。
黑石集团将几乎全部可分配收益都派发给了股东。2025年，公司可分配收益同比增长20%，推动苏世民的总收入较2024年增长22%。
