此外，根据公司2024年H股购股权计划，于2025年5月21日曾授出的18,000,000股购股权在本期间未有行使、注销或失效。截至本月末，相关购股权权益维持不变，公司当月亦未进行其他股份发行或回购及注销操作，股本总数整体保持在562,569,837股。
