公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为1,037,297,786股（因购回股份尚未注销）。购回授权于2025年5月26日获通过，授权总数为103,352,428股。截至目前，依据该授权已合计回购7,491,000股，占授权决议通过当日公司已发行股本约0.7248%。
公司确认本次操作已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用的法律法规。公告由董事Battsengel Gotov签署。
