Founder Holdings Limited reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.15 billion ordinary shares as of 7 September 2026. Although the headline share count is steady, the company continues to carry 1.29 million repurchased shares that have not yet been cancelled.

On 7 September 2026, the group bought back 44,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$0.59 and HK$0.60, spending HK$26,160. The latest transaction brings total repurchases since 8 June 2026 to 1.29 million shares, equivalent to 0.11 % of the shares in issue when the current mandate was granted on 28 May 2026.

Founder Holdings is authorised to repurchase up to 115.53 million shares under the existing mandate; the 1.29 million shares bought to date represent approximately 1.12 % of that limit. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues remains in effect until 7 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules governing buy-back activity.
