为应对挑战,中通快递加快转型升级步伐。一方面,公司加大智能物流投入,在全国多个城市推广无人配送车,实现降本增效;另一方面则推出"冷链+好快"送鲜花、"果园直达"等差异化服务,满足消费者个性化需求。通过优化经营模式,中通快递未来将进一步扩大散件业务规模,提高收派比率,为基层加盟商和快递员提供持续增收的空间。
