Shareholder of Graphex Group Transfers HK$9.18 Million Worth of Stock from Cheong Lee Securities to HSBC

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 9, a shareholder of Graphex Group transferred shares with a market value of HK$9.18 million from Cheong Lee Securities to HSBC. This transfer accounted for 11.47% of the holdings.

Separately, Graphex Group announced that on February 3, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Allied Apex entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Yan Bo, one of the shareholders of Chuangchi. Under the agreement, Allied Apex will acquire 40% of the issued share capital of Chuangchi from Yan Bo for a cash consideration of HK$1.5 million.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within 14 days from the date of the agreement. Upon completion, Chuangchi will be owned 58% by Allied Apex, 21% by Yan Bo, and 21% by Wang Sheng. At that time, Chuangchi will become an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the Chuangchi Group will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
