On September 14, 2026, Antengene Resurrection Limited, a nominee wholly-owned by TCT (BVI) Limited, was allotted and issued 10,090,000 new shares of ANTENGENE-B (06996). This share allotment increased TCT (BVI) Limited's long position and was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, TCT (BVI) Limited's long position in ANTENGENE-B was 64.72 million shares, representing 9.52% of the issued shares. Following the acquisition, the holding changed to 74.81 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 10.84%.
