公告显示，根据该一般授权，公司可以于获得股东批准后，在香港联交所及其他合规市场以合法资金进行购回。公司强调，资金应来源于符合其现行章程、香港联合交易所适用上市规则以及开曼群岛法律规定的合法来源。对于回购股份的具体目的，董事会表示此举有助于提升股东回报，并在必要时调整资本结构。董事会认为，此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
