齐屹科技（开曼）有限公司发布公告称，其内地控制实体上海齐屹已于2026年4月17日以内部闲置资金认购浦发银行发行的“利多多公司稳利26JG3127期（3个月早鸟款）人民币对公结构性存款”，本金金额为4,000万元人民币，产品期限为90天（2026年4月20日至2026年7月20日）。\n\n该产品为保本型，年化收益率设有三个档位：最低0.70%，额外浮动利率为0%、0.95%或1.15%，对应预期年化收益率0.70%、1.65%或1.85%，风险评级为“较低”。投资收益与欧元/美元汇率挂钩。\n\n公司表示，选择该理财产品主要考虑三方面：一是相比同期限活期或短期定期存款，产品收益更高；二是产品为保本、期限较短；三是资金来源于内部闲置资金，不会影响集团运营资金充足度，也不会妨碍业务经营。董事会认为交易条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。\n\n根据香港联交所上市规则第14章，本次交易适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需要发布公告并履行相关申报义务，但获豁免股东批准。
