Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (YOFC) confirmed on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report has been uploaded to the company website (http://www.yofc.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered H-share shareholders can download the document directly or obtain a hard copy by returning the enclosed request form to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the postage-paid mailing label. Printed reports will be dispatched free of charge.

Submitting the request form will also establish a standing preference to receive all future corporate communications in printed form and in the selected language version.
