Beijing Enterprises Water completes RMB1.20 billion five-year MTN at 1.82% coupon

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (BJ ENT WATER) announced the successful completion of its 2026 Medium-Term Notes Series 3 issuance on 17 June 2026. The offering, placed with qualified investors through book building, raised RMB1.20 billion.
The notes carry a fixed coupon of 1.82% per annum, a tenor of five years and will mature in June 2031. Proceeds are earmarked for the repayment of loans from financial institutions outside the Chinese Mainland and for bond interest payments within the Mainland.
