公司此前于2026年6月23日获得回购授权，可回购股份总数为20,017,153股。截至本次回购，公司已在包括香港联交所及其他证券交易所在内的场内合计回购2,688,400股，占回购授权通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的1.34%。根据回购后适用的规则安排，本次回购后30天内，公司不得进一步发行任何新股或出售、转让任何库存股份，除非取得联交所批准。
公司确认，此次回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书倪晓梅签署。
