XIKANG CLOUD (09686) announced that Dr. Chen Yan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee, effective December 23, 2025. Concurrently, Dr. Qi Guoxian, also an independent non-executive director, has stepped down from the committee.
