2月26日周三早盘,融创中国(01918)股价出现大幅上涨,盘中一度大涨7.61%。
这主要受到内房股集体反弹行情的带动。数据显示,当日内房股普遍出现上涨,世茂集团(00813)涨超10%,龙湖集团(00960)、绿城中国(03900)涨近6.5%,融创中国、雅居乐集团(03383)、富力地产(02777)均涨超5%,越秀地产(00123)、新城发展(01030)涨超3.5%。
业内分析人士认为,内房股近期表现低迷,估值水平较低,在一些利好消息的刺激下,投资者终于重新看好内房股发展前景,开始加码布局相关概念板块。
