AviChina Rolls Out Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications to Shareholders

Apr 22

AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited announced on 23 April 2026 that it has formally adopted full electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime, which took effect on 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, financial summaries, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on both the company website (www.avichina.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk) in lieu of printed mailings.

To ensure timely notification of new publications, registered shareholders are encouraged to provide an active email address. This can be done by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders who do not supply a functional email address will receive no electronic alerts and must proactively monitor the two websites for updates; however, any “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be sent in printed form.

Investors preferring hard-copy materials may request printed versions by submitting the reply form or emailing avichina@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. Such requests will remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar at (+852) 2862 8688 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
