• The State Administration for Market Regulation has launched a nationwide campaign to combat low-quality and low-price products. The action focuses on industries critical to business operations, directly impacting consumer experience, and marked by intense "involutionary" competition. Authorities will employ a combination of price enforcement, quality supervision, and standards guidance to address these issues comprehensively. • On May 29, the Cyberspace Administration of China initiated a two-month nationwide campaign titled "Clear and Bright: Optimizing the Business Environment Online by Cracking Down on Malicious Speculation Involving Enterprise Information." The campaign aims to curb the spread of harmful, fabricated information about companies. • At a press conference on the morning of May 29, a spokesperson for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade responded to the EU's progress on a "Cybersecurity Act" that could exclude Chinese companies from critical infrastructure projects. The spokesperson expressed firm opposition to the draft revision's introduction of "non-technical risk" factors, which directly link cybersecurity risks to companies from specific countries and propose their exclusion from related EU supply chains. • According to the Ministry of Finance, from January to April, the total operating revenue of state-owned enterprises was 26.27009 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.5%. It also calls for speeding up the construction of major water conservancy and shipping infrastructure projects such as the Ring Beibu Gulf Water Resources Allocation Project, the Pinglu Canal, the Yongbei Irrigation District, and the Pinglu Irrigation District. • To standardize the capability development of procurement and bidding intelligent agents, accelerate their application in the bidding field, and promote healthy and orderly development in this sector, the "Technical and Application Requirements for Enterprise Management Software Intelligence Part 1: Procurement and Bidding Intelligent Agent" (Technical Specification Number AIIA/T 0299-2026) has been officially released. The specification was jointly compiled by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and China Electronics Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd., leading the effort under the Software Intelligence Committee of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA).
