8月4日，迷策略（02440）披露2026年7月证券变动月报表。公告显示，截至2026年7月31日，公司法定注册股本维持在10,000,000美元，对应总股份数量1,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01美元，与上月相同。
公司于7月末的已发行普通股数量为417,029,093股，库存股数量为0股，合计417,029,093股，与上月保持一致。公告称，7月未发生新股发行、股份回购或库存股转让事宜，股本总数保持不变。
关于股权激励，公司先前通过的2025年限制性股份单位计划（于2025年10月31日采纳）在2026年7月内暂无新股增发或库存股转让，至月末可能发行或转让的股份数目为36,797,926股。公司在公告中确认，截至7月末，已符合适用的公众持股量要求。
公司同时声明已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规，所有相关增发及库藏股份交易均获得公司董事会正式授权并合规进行。
