IRC Limited announced on 28 April 2026 that the 2025 Annual Report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company website (www.ircgroup.com.hk) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously requested hard copies have received the printed report with this notice. All other investors may access the report online and, if preferred, can switch future communications from printed letters to email alerts by completing and returning the enclosed reply form. The completed form can be sent by email to 1029-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, by post, or delivered by hand to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Mailing within Hong Kong does not require postage.
