Papa John's shares rose 13% in overnight trading following reports that Apollo Global Management has submitted a new takeover bid.

BrightSpring Health rose 6% in overnight trading as it will be included in the S&P SmallCap 600 index effective prior to market open on Oct. 20, the S&P Dow Jones Indices said in a Tuesday statement.

Sable Offshore Corp. tumbled 25% in overnight trading on ruling in suit by California Coastal Commission.

Nova Minerals Ltd. fell 9% in overnight trading after surging 110% on Tuesday as the company said it was invited to brief the Australian Government ahead of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's Oct. 20 meeting with President Trump.

Trilogy Metals fell 8% in overnight trading after jumping 62% as its post-announcement rally continued.
