中国煤层气（股票代码：08270，主要于香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市）于最新公告中披露，董事会计划于2026年5月27日召开的股东周年大会上寻求授权，回购不超过公司当日已发行股份总数10%的股份。根据公告，截至2026年4月24日，公司已发行股份总数为390,450,669股，若回购授权获股东通过，则最多可回购39,045,066股。
董事会表示，此次回购将依据百慕达法律及GEM上市规则开展，资金来源于公司可依法使用的内部资源。公司认为，适度的股份回购可在一定程度上优化公司股本结构，有助于提升每股收益，也将符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告同时提及，自2025年4月至2026年4月，中国煤层气股价在GEM市场的最高收市价为每股0.52港元，最低收市价为每股0.245港元。公司强调，会在符合法律法规及公司章程细则的前提下，酌情行使股份回购授权。股东周年大会将于2026年5月27日上午11时在山西省晋城市阳城县召开，相关议案若获通过，回购授权将于股东周年大会当日起生效，并在下次股东周年大会结束或被撤销或修订前有效。
