IHH Healthcare Berhad announced that substantial shareholder Mr. Mehmet Ali Aydinlar disposed of a total of 1,404,600 ordinary shares on Dec, 24 2025 and Dec, 26 2025 via open-market transactions carried out through Citigroup Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd, UBS Switzerland AG for SZA Gayrimenkul Yatirim Insaat ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.

Following the sales, Aydinlar’s direct interest stands at 7,948,000 shares, or 0.09% of the company, while his indirect/deemed interest amounts to 514,868,873 shares, or 5.827%. This brings his total holding in IHH Healthcare Berhad to 522,816,873 ordinary shares.
