创美药业(02289)宣布，将派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.30元（含税），总额约3240万元，股权登记日为2026年6月5日，派息日为6月25日。
此次派息方案已在5月22日举行的年度股东会上以100%赞成票通过。按已发行股份总数1.08亿股计算，末期股息派付总额约3240万元。其中，全流通H股股东将直接以人民币收取股息；其他H股股东的股息将换算为港币支付，折算汇率为1.00港元兑人民币0.873284元，即每股约0.343531港元。
公司将于2026年5月29日至6月5日暂停办理股份过户登记手续。为享有末期股息，H股股东须于5月28日下午4时30分前，将过户文件及股票送达香港中央证券登记有限公司。
代扣税安排方面，非居民企业股东须缴纳10%企业所得税；非居民个人H股股东一般按10%税率代扣个人所得稅；H股全流通境内个人股东则按20%代扣个人所得稅，全流通境内企业股东自行申报缴纳所得税。
