周一（6月16日）稳定币概念高开，连连数字涨超8%，众安在线、联易融科技涨超4%，中国光大控股涨超3%
消息面上，6月15日，陈茂波在发表的名为《提速前进 扬帆稳航》的网志中表示，在《稳定币条例》生效后，香港金管局将尽快处理收到的牌照申请，以便合资格的申请人开展其业务。他同时透露，香港即将就数字资产的发展发表第二份政策宣言，阐述下一步的政策愿景和方向。此前，《稳定币条例》已获香港立法会通过，并于5月30日正式刊宪，为法币稳定币发行人设立发牌制度，并将在8月1日生效。
值得关注的是，据华西证券，目前连连数字已成立专责团队，负责推进稳定币相关项目及开展用例研究。连连数字为国内一线支付服务公司，目前于全球多个地区共持有65张支付牌照。此前6月12日，蚂蚁集团披露旗下香港和新加坡分支机构将启动稳定币的发行资质申报工作，将在两地监管框架下开展相关牌照申请。开源证券表示，看好政策、资本、产业共振的稳定币投资机遇。
