礼来与诺和诺德股价双双下挫，此前联合健康公司对旨在扩大老年人GLP-1减肥药可及性的医保支付模式表示担忧。
礼来股价收盘下跌1.8%，而在美交易的诺和诺德股价跌幅达2.6%。这一支付模式原定于明年生效，但前提是需覆盖约80%医保参保者的处方药计划同意参与。作为最大医保承保商，联合健康的决策将成为市场关注焦点。
在联合健康财报电话会议上，负责政府项目的执行官鲍比·亨特透露，公司已就该项目与医保机构进行沟通，并表示"希望找到可行的参与路径"。但他同时指出"当前规划的结构存在显著挑战和待解问题"，并称已就修改方案提出建议。
礼来与诺和诺德均将医保覆盖视为提振Zepbound和Wegovy等减肥药销售的关键推力。此前联邦医保D部分计划禁止承保减肥药物，导致有用药需求的老年人每月需自付数百美元费用。
去年底与特朗普政府达成的协议中，两家药企同意以折扣价向医保参保者提供减肥药物，符合条件的受益人每月仅需支付50美元共付额。若医保覆盖扩大计划得以实施，企业预期处方量增长将有效抵消价格折让带来的影响。
