嘉鼎国际集团控股公布截至2025年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩，报告期内实现营收约3670万港元，较去年同期略增0.2%。从毛利来看，本期毛利约63.4万港元，对应毛利率约1.7%。经营性现金流方面，报告期内经营活动净流出约57万港元，而上年同期净流出约313万港元，现金流状况有所改善。
成本结构方面，分销成本大幅降低，由上年同期的约70万港元降至本期的零。行政开支则由约2620万港元削减至约1120万港元，降幅达57.2%，主要由于相关专业费用减少以及处置部分子公司后开支缩减。
业务分项
报告期内，集团已处置了保健品、新能源非道路汽车及新能源电池等业务，继续运营的广告业务收入约3670万港元，同比上升5.3%。广告业务在多渠道投入和客户拓展的加持下，成为集团核心收入来源。
展望方面，集团在公告中提及将主要聚焦广告与营销业务，并计划继续加大对数字化平台与创新技术的布局，以期进一步提升盈利能力和市场份额。
