The total contracted sales area amounted to approximately 1.2966 million square meters. The average selling price for the year ended December 31, 2025, was approximately RMB24,918 per square meter. During the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, the Group, together with its associated companies and joint ventures, secured total contract sales of approximately RMB6.646 billion, a significant year-on-year decline of 53.96%. The total contracted sales area for the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, was approximately 302,000 square meters. The average selling price for the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, was approximately RMB22,004 per square meter.
