PANASIALUM (02078) announced that Mr. Ho Pak Yiu has resigned as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and all other positions within the group effective November 6, 2025, to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Ho also stepped down as a member of the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee and ceased to serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. On the same date, Mr. Lam Ho Keung was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Authorized Representative.
