公开资料显示，诺比侃科技成立于2015年，专注于人工智能技术和数字孪生等先进技术，在AI+交通、AI+能源及AI+城市治理等领域的产业化应用，主要提供基于AI行业模型的软硬一体化解决方案。公司自主研发的NBK-INTARI人工智能平台为交通、能源及城市治理领域的客户实现智能化监测、检测和运维等深度赋能。
值得注意的是，诺比侃自主研发的“石油化工变电所智能机器人巡检及操作辅助系统”，以国内首创的“巡检 + 操作”一体化方案，在海南炼化变电所运维工作打造了降本增效的行业示范样板。立足海南标杆项目，诺比侃正紧跟中国石油、中国石化等央企“AI + 石化”的布局步伐，同时持续深化“AI + 具身智能”技术研发，聚焦极端工况下的稳定运行能力提升。
