Cauldron Energy Ltd's stock experienced a significant surge of 13.08% during intraday trading on Wednesday.
The sharp increase followed the company's announcement of positive step-out exploration drilling results at the Manyingee North deposit, part of its Yanrey uranium project in Western Australia. The drilling extended known mineralization approximately 2,500 meters northwards and around 550 meters to the south.
Significant intercepts included 2.30 meters at 258.3 parts per million of triuranium octoxide-equivalent and 1.74 meters at 644.9 parts per million of triuranium octoxide-equivalent. Additionally, air core drilling at the Cosgrove deposit extended known mineralization with an intercept of 0.50 meters at 301.4 parts per million of triuranium octoxide-equivalent.
