CHAOJU EYE CARE (02219) announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie has resigned from his position as the company's joint company secretary, effective January 1, 2026. Concurrently, he has also stepped down from his roles as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and as the authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Luo Weijian has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Authorized Representative for Legal Proceedings, with his appointment also taking effect on January 1, 2026.
