ZYBANK Announces Reshuffle of Board Strategic Development Committee Members

ZYBANK has announced an adjustment to the composition of its Board Strategic Development Committee. The move is aimed at further improving the corporate governance structure and ensuring the effective functioning of the board's specialized committees.

The decision was approved by the board of directors in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Corporate Governance Guidelines for Banking and Insurance Institutions, as well as the bank's actual operational needs.

Mr. Zhou Feng has been appointed as a member of the Board Strategic Development Committee. His appointment is effective from the date of this announcement and will last until the term of the third board of directors concludes.

Concurrently, Mr. Feng Ruofan has resigned from his position on the committee due to work arrangements. His resignation also takes effect from the date of this announcement.

Additionally, Mr. Li Wenqiang has been appointed as a member of the Board Strategic Development Committee, effective from the date of this announcement until the end of the current board's term.

Following these changes, the committee's membership is now composed of Mr. Guo Hao as Chairman, along with members Mr. Zhou Feng, Mr. Li Wenqiang, and Mr. Xu Yiguo.
