贝壳控股有限公司（“贝壳-W”，02423）于2026年3月11日发布翌日披露报表，披露其于3月10日回购股份事项。
公司公告显示，3月10日共回购895,446股A类普通股，约占公司现有已发行股份总数的0.025%。回购价格介乎每股5.51美元至5.64美元，总付出对价为4,999,962美元。由于该等回购股份尚未被注销，截至3月10日收市后，公司已发行股份总数仍为3,391,029,167股，库藏股数为零。
公告还提及，回购授权决议于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过，授权可回购股份总数为360,216,007股。目前公司根据该授权已回购股份总数为105,499,053股，约占授权通过当日已发行股份数的2.929%。公司并确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例。
