根据公司对股权结构的审核，公众持有的股份约为248,830,000股，市值约为10.70百万港元。公司已提示该独立非执行董事于2月11日通过场内交易指令出售全部所持股份，待交易结算后，预计公众持股量将在2月16日前后恢复至不少于25%。
为防止此类事件再次发生，公司在公告中进一步说明，将加强董事交易的内部审批流程，包括在批准任何交易前进行公众持股量影响评估；每月至少一次对股权架构及公众持股量状况进行定期审核；并为董事安排有关最低公众持股量规定及权益披露的培训，确保后续符合相关监管要求。
