7月29日，Humana股价跌近8%，报358.15美元。
消息面上，尽管公司第二季度业绩超过市场预期，但由于全年盈利指引仅维持不变，未能满足投资者此前对业绩上修的期待，股价承压。
财报显示，Humana二季度调整后每股收益为7.61美元，高于分析师预期的7.22美元；营收达到408.7亿美元，同样超过市场预期的405.7亿美元。
不过，公司维持全年调整后每股收益至少9美元的指引，并未进一步提高盈利预期。在此前股价较52周低点163.11美元已经大幅上涨、且近期多家机构上调目标价的背景下，市场原本期待公司释放更积极的业绩展望，指引未调整成为股价回落的重要因素。
此外，Humana表示，预计第三季度保险业务福利费用率将略高于94%，显示医疗成本上升可能对短期利润率形成压力。投资者目前关注公司会员增长、医疗成本控制以及保险业务盈利能力改善情况。
