XUNCE Announces Refreshed Board Structure and Committee Leadership

Shenzhen Xunce Technology Co., Ltd. (XUNCE) released an updated list of directors and their respective roles as of 26 June 2026, detailing both overall board composition and appointments across four specialised committees.

The Board now comprises nine members: four executive directors (Liu Zhijian, Geng Dawei, Yang Yang and Xuan Ran), two non-executive directors (He Jinglu and Cai Xiang) and three independent non-executive directors (Wong Ti, Jiang Changjian and Tian Jiangchuan).

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by independent non-executive director Wong Ti, with independent non-executive director Tian Jiangchuan and non-executive director Cai Xiang serving as members. • Remuneration and Assessment Committee – chaired by independent non-executive director Tian Jiangchuan, joined by executive director Liu Zhijian and independent non-executive director Jiang Changjian. • Nomination Committee – chaired by executive director Liu Zhijian, with independent non-executive director Jiang Changjian and independent non-executive director Tian Jiangchuan as members. • Strategy Committee – chaired by executive director Liu Zhijian, with executive directors Yang Yang and Xuan Ran listed as members.
