Lippo China Resources Limited (LCR) has issued a circular dated 30 September 2026 asking newly registered shareholders to indicate how they wish to receive all forthcoming corporate communications, excluding actionable documents.
Shareholders can choose one of four options: 1. Electronic access via the company’s website (www.lcr.com.hk) with an accompanying email or postal notification when new materials are posted. 2. Printed English version only. 3. Printed Chinese version only. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.
To register their preference, investors must complete and sign the enclosed reply form and return it to the registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by mail no later than 30 October 2026. If no response is received by that date, shareholders will be deemed to have opted for electronic delivery.
LCR will dispatch notifications of online publication on the same day printed copies are mailed. Shareholders may change their election at any time by notifying the registrar in writing or via email (lcr-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies remain available on request, and all documents will also be posted on both the company’s website and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website.
The company recommends electronic delivery to reduce environmental impact, lower costs and improve communication efficiency. For enquiries, shareholders can contact Tricor’s Customer Service Hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
