China Accounts for Over Half of Global Humanoid Robot Units

Data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on July 20th indicates a significant expansion in several internationally competitive sectors within China during the first half of the year.

In the field of intelligent robotics, the market share of Chinese-developed quadruped robots approaches 70% of global sales, while the number of humanoid robot models has reached over 400, accounting for more than half of the world's total.

In sectors such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, new energy, and biomedicine, a group of global unicorn enterprises has emerged, actively contributing Chinese approaches to the development of international standards and industrial governance.
