On August 21, the company published its first-half 2026 financial report, posting revenue of RMB 989 million, a year-on-year increase of 5.6%. This marks a reversal from prior declines, driven largely by resilient business growth under comprehensive AI integration and a fourth consecutive quarter of positive cash collection.
On the profitability front, the company achieved a gross profit of RMB 781 million, up 7.4% year-on-year, fueled by ongoing product mix optimization and AI-driven efficiency gains. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 88 million, reflecting a 9.6% increase from the prior year period.
The company's BHC ecosystem continues to demonstrate a robust competitive moat, with proprietary large language models and AI-powered products across all three user segments now fully deployed. User numbers have maintained steady growth, while both willingness to pay and user retention have strengthened considerably.
During the first half, the platform recorded 1.5116 million verified enterprises, up 5.4% year-on-year. Verified headhunters totaled approximately 231,300, a 6% increase, while registered job seekers reached 122 million, up 9.6%.
On the B-side, AI account coverage for enterprise clients has neared 100%, with roughly 40% of existing AI accounts upgraded to AIPro. Additionally, over 70% of new customers opted for the AIPro tier.
