On September 10, at a State Council Information Office press conference themed "A Strong Start to the 15th Five-Year Plan," officials outlined financial sector measures aligned with the national development blueprint. The conference detailed strategies for advancing the construction of a financial powerhouse during the planning period.
Deputy Director of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, Cong Lin, emphasized that the sector will optimize financial resource allocation for technology-related fields. Key initiatives include refining policies that encourage insurance funds and other capital to invest early, invest small, invest for the long term, and back hardcore technologies. These efforts aim to support the growth of emerging and future industries.
Cong Lin further stated that the administration will prioritize increasing loan issuance to the manufacturing sector. A significant focus will be placed on providing robust services to facilitate the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises, thereby fostering the development of a modern industrial system.
