The "2025 Greater Bay Area Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Industry Conference & Guangdong AI and Robotics Skills Competition" is being held in Guangzhou from December 12 to 14.

At the event, Guangdong Province will officially launch its "1+1+N" embodied intelligence training system. The framework includes:

1. A core hub in Guangdong—the Provincial Embodied Intelligence Training Ground, consisting of a main training facility and a management center.

2. A demonstration window in Shenzhen—the Shenzhen Embodied Intelligence Demonstration Zone, which aims to establish China's first robot-friendly urban district. This initiative will focus on open-environment training for robots after closed training sessions, unlocking real-world application value.

3. Multiple specialized vertical training grounds across different cities—dedicated platforms for industry-specific scenarios, designed to address pain points, empower local industries, and complement the main training facility through resource sharing and collaboration.

The project highlights Guangdong's push to advance AI and robotics integration in urban and industrial settings.
