本次股份购回完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）数量为32,197,081,973股，库存股份数增加至1,019,388,000股，总股份数保持在33,216,469,973股。据公告，截至目前，公司根据购回授权已于相关交易所合计回购股份1,019,388,000股，占授权通过日期时已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数目的3.0689%。公司在公告中表示，已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法律法规。
