昆仑能源有限公司（股票代码：00135）于2026年5月6日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股83.4万股。该批股份约占公司获授权时已发行股本的0.0096%，回购价格区间为每股7.48港元至7.57港元，涉资约628.11万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本数量依然为8,658,801,708股，暂未出现库藏股。公司此前获得的股份回购授权于2025年5月29日通过，授权回购上限为865,880,170股，截至目前累计回购11,932,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本约0.1378%。
公司表示，已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律法规进行相关股份购回，下一阶段在回购后再次发行或出售库藏股份的暂止期截至2026年6月6日。
