YONGDA AUTO Adds 0.50 Million Shares to Buy-back Pool; Total Repurchases Reach 24.32 Million Shares under Current Mandate

China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (YONGDA AUTO) disclosed a fresh on-market repurchase of 0.50 million ordinary shares on 8 April 2026 at prices ranging between HK$1.26 and HK$1.30, for a total consideration of HK$0.64 million. The average cost was approximately HK$1.28 per share, equal to 0.027 % of the company’s existing 1.85 billion issued shares.

Including this latest transaction, YONGDA AUTO has repurchased 24.32 million shares since the current share-buyback mandate was approved on 30 May 2025, utilising 1.30 % of the 187.62 million-share limit. Of these, 17.02 million shares (acquired between 28 August 2025 and 8 April 2026) remain outstanding for cancellation.

The company’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.85 billion shares as of 8 April 2026, with no treasury shares held. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, YONGDA AUTO is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the latest repurchase, setting the moratorium period until 8 May 2026.
