中国石油化工股份有限公司于2026年3月2日发布2026年2月股份变动月报表，显示公司本月无新增发行、回购、注销或库存股变动，整体股本保持稳定。
公司披露，截至2026年2月底，法定/注册股本总额维持在人民币121,177,613,698元。其中，H股维持23,945,350,600股，A股则维持97,232,263,098股，面值均为每股人民币1元。已发行股份方面，H股数目为23,782,600,600股，A股数目为97,142,913,622股，均与上月底保持一致。
公告显示，公司报告期内未发生期权授予或行使、购回或注销，以及任何其他导致股本变化的行为。截至2月底，公司股本结构稳定，未有增减变动。
公司同时确认，所有相关发行、交易及持股事宜均遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及适用法律规定。本次公告由公司副总裁、董事会秘书黄文生签署。
