On 17 July 2026, Wang On Group Limited completed the on-market repurchase of 60.00 million ordinary shares at HK$0.024 apiece, bringing the day’s cash outlay to HK$1.44 million. This marks the fifth straight trading day of identical repurchase volumes, lifting total buybacks during 13–17 July 2026 to 300.00 million shares for an aggregate HK$6.83 million.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 14.17 billion shares as at 17 July 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Once cancelled, the cumulative 300.00 million shares will reduce the share base by 2.12% versus the 14.17 billion shares outstanding when the current mandate was approved on 19 August 2025.

Under that mandate, Wang On Group is authorised to repurchase up to 1.42 billion shares. Following the latest transactions, 1.12 billion shares, or roughly 7.92% of the prevailing share capital, remain available for buyback before the mandate’s moratorium on new share issues expires on 16 August 2026.

The five daily repurchases were executed within a narrow price band of HK$0.022–0.024 per share, implying a modest premium to the previous sessions’ average prices and signalling management’s continued commitment to capital return.
