【财华社讯】嬴集团（00397）8月25日晚间发布盈利警告补充公告。公司根据最新可得的未经审核综合管理账目初步评估，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得综合亏损净额不少于34.3百万元。
公告显示，亏损主要源于两项因素： 1. 按公平值计入损益的金融资产公允价值变动录得亏损约19.8百万元； 2. 应收贷款及利息的预期信贷亏损约11.5百万元。
公司提示，上述数据尚未经过董事会辖下审核委员会或核数师审阅，最终结果有待进一步审核及落实，相关调整或将出现。嬴集团计划于2026年8月下旬前后公布2026年中期业绩。
